It was all the borscht’s fault. We could not find it anywhere for sale in Canada. So, we set out to find the best borscht we could, and we discovered it —and other equally delicious soups– at the foot of the Tatra mountains in southern Poland, where a family has been making commercial soups for generations, using farm fresh ingredients, no additives, and recipes that have withstood the test of time.

It took almost no time to realize that not only could we, but that we should, bring these delectable soups to Canada and the USA. Thus was born Legh’s Soups. Dedicated to ensuring quality and taste just as if it were made fresh the day you eat it. You will taste the love and labour that goes into each jar of our soup.
